He is survived by: his mother Sue Oliver of Princeton, KY; his wife Mary Oliver of Auburn, KY; his sons, Jonathan Rhett Oliver (Ellie) of Columbia, KY and Jonah Alexander Oliver of Auburn, KY; and his siblings, Mark Clinton Oliver (Rebecca) of Princeton, KY and Cindy Sue Oliver of Princeton, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family ask that donations be made to the Blue Springs Cemetery Fund.
