He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth "Libby" Ann Manning; his father Charles Edward Manning; and his siblings, Charles "Ray" Manning and Kelly Charlene Canary (Manning). He is survived by: his children, Pamela Renee Manning-Hamilton (Neal Hamilton) of Russellville, Leslie Ann Hudson (Wally Hudson) of Auburn and Billy Joe Manning (Toshia Manning) of Auburn Kentucky; his mother Kathleen Manning of Auburn; and his grandchildren, Charles Matthew Hudson, Krystal Leeann Elizabeth Hudson, Noah Edward Hamilton, Zachary Dean Hudson, Heather Renee Hudson, Allison Mae Manning and Aleina Grace Manning. He is also survived by three children and the grandest pawpaw to three grandchildren.
