He was predeceased by: his daughter Laurie Stamps; and his brothers, Willie Stamps, Herbert Stamps, Claude Stamps, Charles Stamps, Benjamin Carl Stamps and Floyd Stamps.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Stamps (Maxwell); his stepson John Barry (Debra) of Bowling Green; his daughter Tina Stamps of California; his brother Edward Stamps of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Caitlyn Barry, Ashley Hause (Josh) and Wesley Carter; and his pet Peanut Carver Stamps. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many granddogs.
