He is survived by: his siblings, Evelyn Birge of Glasgow and Gary Fisher of Louisville; his stepsister Becky Haynes of Youngstown, OH; and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Poland (Harold), Donna Kinslow (Stanford), Bridget Clark (Richard), Rodney Birge (Lee Ann) and Greg Birge.
