He was predeceased by: his grandchild Tristan Lee Key. He is survived by: his fiancée Cynthia Cutliff; his children, Amber Eppling, Beverly Rigsby (Hilto) and Kaleb Eppling; his siblings, Herman M. Eppling and Kathleen Witcher; his grandchildren, Aaron, Jayce, Iris, Alejandro, Cristian, Aiden, Emerson and Evelyn; and his stepfather Arkley Brady. He is also survived by wife (his stepmom), and his 4 sisters.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Hospice of Southern KY.
