He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Hess and Charlene Hess; and his children, Charles Hess (Kraig Hamersley) of Tipton, IN, Gabrielle Flaherty of Crown Point, IN and Angel Hess of Tipton, IN. He was also cherished by 6 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren.
