She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Norwich and Chloe Norwich; her husband Richard Hess Sr.; and her sons, Doug and Dean Hess.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Hess of Bowling Green, KY, Cassie Hess Warford of Florida and Sabrina Ross of New Carlyle, IN; her sister-in-law Elizabeth Hess; and her grandchildren, Travis Hess, Triston Hess and Harley Hess. She is also survived by Four Great Grandchildren.
