She is survived by: her daughters, Ruth Fields of Ashland, KY, Joyce Dishman (Mark) of Greenup, KY and Donna Smith (Jeff) of Greenup, KY; her grandchildren, Benjamin Fields, David Fields (Jennifer), Kevin Fields (Cassie), John Hall (Julia), Jennifer Smith, Joshua Smith (Rosalee), Valerie Lewis and Tabitha Smith; and her siblings, Clayton Johnson (Sue) of Ashland, KY, Charles Johnson (Phyllis) of Ashland, KY, Rabon Johnson of Detroit, MI, Sid Johnson of Flatwoods, KY and Fern Burk (Hurl) of Virgie, KY.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pentecostal Holiness Tabernacle (906 McCowan St, Flatwoods, KY 41139). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at the Rose Hill Burial Park (3801 13th St, Ashland, KY 41102).
