She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth R. Peltier. She is survived by: her husband David K. Russell of Ashland, KY; her daughter Diane Amber Anne Peltier; her mother Tammy Keefer Peltier of Belvidere, IL; her sister Amber Lynn Peltier; and her grandmother Barbara Peltier.
