She was predeceased by: her father Danny Allen Blanton; and her husband Jon Johnson. She is survived by: her mother Evelyn Fleming Blanton of Ashland; and her sons, Michael Blake Johnson of Ashland, James Martinez of Boyd County and Charlie. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Trish are suggested to Rose Hill Christian School, 1001 Winslow Road, Ashland, KY 41102.
