She is survived by: her daughter Amy Leigh Addington; her siblings, Christopher Elliott and Carla Phillips (Joe) of Ashland; her grandson Christian Huntsman of Grayson; her niece Lindsey Noelle Smith (Elijah); and her nephew Noah Bradley Phillips of Ashland.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Whitt & Sons Funeral Home (1260 KY-7, Sandy Hook, KY 41171). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
