He is survived by: his wife Sandra Sweeney Mullins; his children, Thomas Mullins II and Ashley Mullins (Steven Hester); his grandchildren, Devyn, Maleki, Cayson, Makenna, Jaxson, Kinslee, Nova and Nash; his sisters, Cathy, Judy and Sherri (Bruce); and his nephew Austin. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
