He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph Ernest "Ernie" Stump (Daphne) of Ashland, KY, Donald James Stump (Susan) of Ashland, KY, Bernard Anthony Stump of Ashland, KY, David P. Stump (Dawnette) of Ashland, KY and Loretta Wheeler (Kenneth). He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
