We are sad to announce that on October 14, 2023, at the age of 90, Thomas David Fannin (Ashland, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Fannin and Goldie Fannin; and his sister Janet D. Mayhew. He is survived by: his significant other Doris Fannin; his nieces and nephews, Patricia Rae Roberts (Eddie), John D. Mayhew (Cathy), Joan Gartin (Mike), David Mayhew (Carolyn), Kristi Boston (John) and Donna Stephens; and his close friend John Stakely.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Health Club at the YMCA at 3232 Megan Neyer Way, Ashland, Ky 41102.
