With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Teddy E. Higgins (Ashland, Kentucky), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 3, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Nolte and Maudilean Higgins (Edmon); his siblings, Janet Webb and John Higgins; his daughter Marcia Jenkins; his stepson Chuck Hensley; and his granddaughter Heather Sparks.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Higgins; his daughters, Margo Short (Michael) of Georgetown, Barbara Patrick of Ashland, Karen Waller (Bill) of Georgetown and Angela May (Todd) of Ashland; and his grandchildren, Mary Kay Penn, John Patrick, Steve Anderson, Jason Patrick, Jennifer Orr, Jeremy May, Todd Ryan May, Jacob May and Gracie May.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Rose Hill Mausoleum Chapel, Pastor Jason Porter.
