She was predeceased by: her parents, William Butler Ramey, Sr. and Pearlie Osborne Ramey; her husbands, Curtis Penix and Charles Price; her siblings, Victoria Mullins, Opal Salyers, Wanda Mayberry, Clyde Ramey, Isaac Ramey, Gene Ramey, Clifford Ramey, Raymond Ramey and Bill Ramey; her son Curtis Leroy Penix (Connie) of Satsuna, FL.; her son-in-law Johnny Waggoner; and her grandchildren, Sara Ann Johnson and Joshua Lee Penix.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Terrell (Craig) of Martinsville, IN, Diann Waggoner of Ashland and Patricia Pack (Jeff) of Ironton, OH; her brother Carmel Ramey (Phyllis) of Ashland; her grandchildren, Cindy Holt, Zachary Terrell, Chelsea Scott, Lexie Abrams and Lacee Penix; and her special neighbors, Jay, Carma Wallin, Don, Carol Barker, Shirley and Doug Stewart. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
