She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil E. Williams and Ella Marie Douglas Williams; her husband Danny L. Kemper; and her brothers, Dennis Williams and Bill Williams.
She is survived by: her son Chris Kemper (Brandy) of Lexington, KY; her grandchildren, Sydney and Daniel Kemper; and her siblings, James Williams (Patty) of Russell, KY, Robert Williams (Marietta) of Russell, KY, Phillip Williams (Pam) of Russell, KY, Ted Williams (Robin) of Flatwoods, KY and Deloris Flocker of Russell, KY. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
