She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Sparks and Betty Wheeler Sparks; and her sister Nola Howell. She is survived by: her sisters, Linda Sparks of Ashland and Cindy Sparks of Ashland; her nephew Matt Bell; her great-nephew Eli Sparks; her great-niece Zoey Bell; and her former husband Paul Burnett.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Noon. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (1941 Carter Ave, Ashland, KY 41101).
