As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Sam may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene O. Hoffman and Sarah Waldron Hoffman; his wife Jenny Lou Hoffman; and his sisters, JoAnn Moore and Jean Adair Callihan.
He is survived by: his children, Samuel Hoffman, Jr. (Peggy) of Franklin, Chris Hoffman (Crista) of Catlettsburg, KY, Jan Adair Hoffman of Lake Worth, FL and Rebekah Warner (Jeff) of Ooltewah, TN. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
