Fraley of Flatwoods, KY and Nikki Vance of Ashland, KY; his great grandchildren, Jessica Greene (Mack) of Weedsport, NY, Alyssa Doragh (Joe) of Tallahassee, FL, Bren Vance of Catlettsburg, KY, Katrina Vance of Ashland, KY, Jackson Fraley of Flatwoods, KY and Vivian Fraley of Flatwoods, KY; and his great great grandchildren, Railynn Nelson and Raven Nelson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
