He is survived by: his wife Frances; his children, James Dale Kendall of Athens, GA and Holly Elizabeth Kendall of Simpsonville, SC; his grandchildren, Emily Kendall of Simpsonville, SC, Avery Kendall of Athens, GA and Rhys Kendall of Athens, GA; and his sisters, Ivetta Kazee (Dean) and Carlyn Vanover Hacker (Jim).
