He was predeceased by: his parents, William N. Frazier and Garnet Damron Frazier; and his brother William L. "Bill" Frazier. He is survived by: his sister Nancy T. Frazier of Las Vegas; his friends, Pat and Ellen Sharp of Ashland; and also, Aimee and John Simons.
