It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Bowen (Ashland, Kentucky), born in Inez, Kentucky, who passed away on January 13, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Estle Bowen and Gretle Butcher Bowen; and his siblings, Elias Bowen, John Harvey Bowen, Estle Bowen, Jr., Albert Lee Bowen, William Michael Bowen, Mary Margaret Puckett and Ella Mae Underwood.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Bowen of Westwood; his children, Melissa Diana Helton (Ron) of Summitt, KY and Robert Mitchell Bowen (Addie) of Westwood; his grandchildren, Katina Nicole Bowen, Thomas Michael Grubb, Brooklyn Hope Bowen, Ryan Keith Miller and Samantha Michelle Peterman; and his sisters, Bonnie Jean Neibler of Columbus, OH, JoAnn Dunn of Proctorville, OH and Sylvia Faye Gregory of Proctorville, OH. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
