He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Fraley and Nancy Layne Fraley. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kaye Newsome Fraley; his children, Dr. Christian G. "Shannon" Fraley and Christi Shea Fraley; his grandsons, Harrison Christian Fraley and Luke Carlton Fraley; his brother Ronald L. Fraley; and his aunt Betty Fraley. He is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Steen Funeral Home-13th Street Chapel (3409 13th St, Ashland, KY 41102). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
