With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ramona Scaggs (Ashland, Kentucky), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on April 16, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruey Collins and Hazel Maddix Collins; her daughter Gina Lyn Scaggs Epifano (William E. Scaggs); her half-brothers, Cary Lee Collins and Randy Collins (Virginia); and her grandparents, Fred and Edna Binion Maddix.
She is survived by: her brother Phil Collins (Sue) of Catlettsburg; her half-sisters, Donna Cherry (North Carolina), Joy Westfall (Virginia), Linda Adkins (Ohio), Rueyenne White (Virginia) and Robin Plunkett (Virginia); her grandson Anthony Epifano of Louisville; and also Keri Scaggs (Alaska).
