We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2023, Phyllis R. McIntyre (Ashland, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennie Robinson and Dorothy Robinson; her sister Helen Stephens (Walter); and her husband Charles McIntyre Jr. (Herb). She is survived by: her children, Charles McIntyre III (Lynne), John McIntyre and Leigh Ann Kouns (Patrick); her grandchildren, Samantha Delph (Matthew), JD McIntyre (Meghan), Rachel Day (Michael), Ian McIntyre (Jordan) and Liza Chruszch (Brandon); and her great grandchildren, Caleb, Jake, Gabe, Ben, Amelia and Chase. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks you consider making a donation to the Alzheimer's Association.
