It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Phyllis E. She was predeceased by: her parents, Josephine Edelen and Eugene Edelen. She is survived by: her husband Charles Botts; her daughters, Darla Ewing (Richard), Clarissa Etter-Smith El (Steve), Jamma Etter of Winston Salem, NC and Candy Keeton (Jimmy); and her brother-in-law Anthony Etter. She is also survived by nieces and nephews who were also her children.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Community Hospice of Ashland and the AARF, Animal Rescue.
