With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip M. Lewis of Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on December 16, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Webster and Dorothy Hanna Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Kay Lewis of Ashland; his daughters, Suzanne Stevens (Darren) of Flatwoods and Andrea Huffman (Mark) of Catlettsburg; his sisters, Ruth Ann Miller (Clayton) and Susy McComis (Lonnie) of Catlettsburg; his granddaughters, Courtland Conley and Hannah Conley; and his great grandchild Weston.
