He is survived by: his wife Terri Sparks Maniscalco; his children, Amanda O'Dell of Ashland, KY, Michael O'Dell (Ashley), Meghan Sparks (Steven) of Ashland, KY, Matthew O'Dell of Ashland, KY and Samantha Maniscalco of Morehead, KY; his grandchildren, Kamron, Alex, Wyatt, Reggie, Amaree, Zachary, Joshua, Leviathan and Phoenix; and his siblings-in-law, Tina Adams of Ashland, KY and Jay Sparks of Davenport, FL.. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
