She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyed O'Neal and Ida Moore O'Neal; and her brother John O'Neal. She is survived by: her siblings, Joe (Rhonda O'Neal), Danny (Bobbi O'Neal), Charlie (Melanie O'Neal), Bradley O'Neal of Elkfork, KY and Tammy O'Neal of Elkfork, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home (367 Main St, West Liberty, KY 41472). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
