He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Fogg and Ruth Conkle Fogg; and his sister Barbara McGinnis. He is survived by: his wife Theda Dills Fogg of Ashland, KY; his daughter Jeanette Lutz (Ronald) of Las Vegas, NV; and his grandchildren, Jarrett and Jaylah Lutz.
