She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville D. Umberger and Mable Sage Umberger; her stepmother Roberta Umberger; her sister Jeanie Umberger McCormick; her stepbrother Howard Oliver; her niece Stephanie Winsor Chavis; and her nephew Travis Umberger.

She is survived by: her friend Patty; her husband Jim Stanley of Ironville; her sons, Shane Stanley (Christy) of Taylorsville, KY, Justin Stanley (Shannon) of Midway, KY and Jared Stanley (Emily) of Lexington, KY; her grandchildren, Evan Chase Stanley, Aiden Matthew Stanley, Ian Douglas Stanley, Owen James Stanley and Deklin Wayne Stanley; her brother Jerry Umberger (Beth) of Ashland, KY; her stepsiblings, Chuck Oliver (Debbie) of Ashland, KY and Becky Tucker (Ronald) of Lexington, KY; her siblings-in-law, Glendon Stanley of Ashland, KY, Marge Stanley Winsor of Aiken, SC and Cheryl Bowman Stanley of Sabina, OH; her nieces and nephews, Kyle Umberger (Emma) of Lexington, KY, Doug Stanley, John Stanley of Sabina, OH, Stacy McCormick Anderson (Jon) of Georgetown, KY, Shelly McCormick Grimes of Lawrenceburg, KY and Lori Winsor Hickman (Mike) of Atlanta, GA; and also Courtney Umberger of Columbus, OH. She is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
