He was predeceased by: his mother Mae Litteral Gambill. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Atkins Litteral; his children, Dean Litteral Jr. of Deltona, Greg A. Litteral and Sean K. Litteral; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Ethan, Shannon, Sarah and Jordan.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Steen Funeral Homes - Central Ave Chapel (1501 Central Ave, Ashland, KY 41101). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
A proud Kentucky Colonel and dedicated Christian, Norman's contributions to his community were immeasurable.
