She was predeceased by: her husband James F. Fields; her parents, Robert E. Sammons and Esta Mae Frazier Sammons; her son Randall Kevin Fields; and her siblings, James Sammons, Louella Crum and Trunell Boothe.
She is survived by: her daughter Marsha Fields Moody (Gerry) of Puyallup, WA; her siblings, Bob Sammons (Muriel) of Morristown, TN, Arnold Sammons (Gail) of Catlettsburg, KY and Geraldine Coburn (Kenny) of Catlettsburg; her daughter-in-law Lois Kay Fields of Louisa, KY; her grandchildren, Samatha Fields Penix (Victor) and Tabatha Fields Sweeney (Ronnie); and her great grandchildren, Randall Ethan Whitt, Dylan Joseph Whitt, Victoria Brooke Penix and Addison Brooke Sweeney. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
