She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Dale Dawson of Cannonsburg; her great-nephews, Matthew Wise, Jimmy Wise, Jamie Sparks (Amanda Sparks), Charles Harris, William Hephener, Richard Sparks (Erika Sparks), Hunter Dale Hephener, Shannon Wagner, Dustin Sparks (Bella Harris) and Charlie Harris; and her siblings, Steve Sparks (Terry), Tommy Sparks, Davey Sparks, Alma Hicks (Randall) and Judy Sparks (Christy Milies). She was also cherished by mother to her nieces, nephews, great-nieces.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Steen Funeral Home-13th Street Chapel (3409 13th St, Ashland, KY 41102). A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location.
