He was predeceased by: his parents, Beacher Blevins and Lottie Ison Blevins; his father-in-law Tony Sobral; and his brother-in-law Donnie Volpe. He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Haney Blevins; his children, Derrick Blevins (Eppie), Heather Keyser (Derrick) and Tiffany Blevins (Dom); his stepchildren, Christopher Keffer and Maggie Keffer; his mother-in-law Rita Haney Sobral; his siblings, Steven Blevins, Beacher Blevins, Arnold Blevins (Stephanie), Gayla Weese, Loretta Volpe and Kim Styer; and his grandchildren, Hayden, Brittany and Jordan.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Steen Funeral Home-13th Street Chapel (3409 13th St, Ashland, KY 41102). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
