She is survived by: her fiancé David Dean; her children, Timothy Douglas Clark and Melanie Dawn Tierney; her siblings, Julia Ann Cofield, Mark Dean Clark and Vernon Arthur Clark; and her grandchildren, Nathaniel Perkins, Hailee Guffey, Paul Tierney and Kamron Clark.
