She is survived by: her son Austin Owens of Prestonsburg; her sisters, Sandra Jackson of Rush and Wilma Rehmel of Rush; her granddaughter Kaylee Jean Owens; and her close friend Tami Easterling of Grayson. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
