She is survived by: her sons, Brandon Shannon (Georgiana King) of Ashland, Jeff Shannon of Manchester and Shane Hopkins of Ashland, Kentucky; her siblings, James Caines of Ashland, Russell James of Ashland, Tony Caines of Ashland, Kentucky, Jackie Wright of Panama City, Jennifer Blevins of Ashland, Joan Coleman of Ashland, Shirley Farmer of Athens and Marsha Harner of Charolette; and her stepsister Anita Barker of Ashland, Kentucky. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
