He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Willis and Mary Ann McCormick Hickman; his pet Danny Boy; and his brothers, Lafe Edward Hickman and Donald Ray Hickman.
He is survived by: his nephew Donnie Hickman; his brother Bob Hickman of Ashland; his nieces, Hannah Hickman of Ashland, Brittany Hickman of Ashland and Gracie Hickman of Vermont; his great-niece Kira Robinson of Ashland; his sisters, Cathy J. Lazear of Ashland and Minnie Kay Simpkins of Meads Branch; and his nephews, Donald and David Pridemore of Ky.
