She was predeceased by: her parents, Liew Osborne and Hazel Garrett Osborne; and her sisters, Geneva Clark and Madeline Greene. She is survived by: her husband Don Holbrook; her children, Tim Holbrook (Rose) of Versailles, KY, Donna Unrue (Mike) of Fargo, ND and Kathy Thompson (Rick) of Westwood; her brother Bob Osborne (Kitty) of Ashland; her grandchildren, Ryan Holbrook (Meghan), Carli Holbrook, Neal Hammer (Tiffany), Matt Hammer (Kimberly), Brent Hammer (Heidi), Allison Burggraff (Eric), Julie Profitt (Brad), Tiffany Stewart (Sean) and Aaron Thompson (Katie); and her great grandchildren, Trey Profitt, Peyton Profitt, Parker Holbrook, Finn Holbrook, Braiden Stewart, Bentley Stewart, Cohen Thompson, Caroline Thompson, Malachi Hammer, Landon Hammer, Lucy Burggraff, Wyatt Burggraff, Paul Burggraff, Tori Hammer, Gemma Hammer and Huck Hammer. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
