He is survived by: his wife Sue Sargent Neace; his children, Beverly Whitman, Bonnie Stephens (Todd) of Alexandria, VA and Ron Neace of Ranger, WV.; his grandchildren, Cassie (Seamus), Anna, Ashley, Hannah, Jessica and Jordan; and his great grandchild Christopher.
