She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Raymond and Georgia Mae Sagraves Frazier; her husband Gordon Arnold Grimes; her son Landon Scott Lambert; and her brother Gary Frazier.

She is survived by : her children, Shannon Lambert (Shawna) of Lexington and Elizabeth Ann Waiwaiole (Dean) of Homerville, Georgia; her siblings, Billy Frazier (Linda) of Bellefonte and Kathy Ferguson of Cannonsburg; and her grandchildren, Crystal Hartman, Joshua Lambert, Jenny Lambert, Allie Lambert, Eli Lambert, Piper Lambert, Spencer Glacken, Brennan Glacken, Savannah Reece and Riley Reece. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; along with a host of extended family and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, July 1st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Caniff Funeral Home (528 Wheatley Rd, Ashland, KY 41101). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 2nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
