She is survived by: her children, Julia Pemberton (Jeffery) of South Point, OH, James A. Ward III of South Point, OH and John Helton (Patricia) of Los Angeles, CA; and her stepchildren, Kelly Kohl (Craig) of Columbus, OH, Steve Thomas (Lori) of Columbus, OH and Scott Thomas of Columbus, OH. She is also survived by six step-grandchildren; one step great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
