He is survived by: his wife Linda Maynard Crum of Cannonsburg, KY; his children, Amy Katherine Crum Alley (Brandon) of Ashland, KY, Matthew Clayton Crum (Teresa) of Catlettsburg, KY and Jason Michael Crum (Tina) of Catlettsburg, KY; his siblings, William Crum of Cannonsburg, KY, Gary Crum (Peggy) of Georgia and Sharon Crum Pinson of Summit, KY; his grandchildren, Lakin Crum, Slone Alley, Clayton Crum (Camryn), Sawyer Alley, Garrett Crum, Ella Crum, Ethan Crum, Emma Crum, Maggie Crum and Michelle Walsh (James); and his sisters-in-law, Nadine and Robin Crum. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
