Larry A. Barker Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2025, at the age of 80, Larry A. Barker of Ashland, Kentucky passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Larry A. Barker to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dormie Barker and Nan Hall Barker; and his brothers, Jeff Barker and Donald Barker. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hurtz Barker; his daughters, Teresa Hammond (Rick) and Lisa Riffe (James); his grandchildren, Lindsay Riffe, Megan Riffe, Zachary Hammond (Taylor), Tyler Hammond (Rachel), Savannah Hammond Keeton (Jaxon) and Chris Hammond (Cassie); and his great grandchildren, Dylan Hammond and Ellie Stinnet.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Steen Funeral Homes - Central Ave Chapel (1501 Central Ave, Ashland, KY 41101). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Wildwood Baptist Church Building Fund in Larry's memory.
