She was predeceased by: her parents, Arvel Stamper and Ruth Collins Stamper; her husband James Kersey; her daughter Jamie Lynn Normand; her brother Billy Jack Stamper; and her grandson Zachary Normand.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debi Hall (Tim) of Grayson and Carla Renfroe (David) of Ashland, Kentucky; her brother Curt Stamper of Florida; her grandchildren, Tawanna Fraley, Jacob Normand, Alex Normand, Amanda Hall and James Renfroe; her great grandchildren, Jaxon Hall, Xeven Fraley, Ayralynn Fraley, Korbin Witkus, Rowan Witkus and Elena Dean; and her caregiver Robin Matlock of Ashland, Kentucky..
A memorial service was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Northeast (100 Veterans Mem Dr, Argillite, KY 41143).
