Sterling, KY; his grandchildren, Jessica Belcher (Jordan), Casey Stergeon (Laken), Laura Walker, Michael Walker, Tyler Arthur, Katie Arthur and Grace Arthur; his great grandchildren, Peyton Belcher, Eli Belcher, Gunner Stergeon and Garron Stergeon; his siblings, Donald Arthur of Ashland, KY, Jerry Arthur of Ashland, KY, Gary Arthur (Mary) of Catlettsburg, KY, Dorothy Salyers of Catlettsburg, KY., Richard "Bud" Arthur, Thomas Arthur, Charles Arthur, Ronald Arthur and Carl Lee Arthur; and his siblings-in-law, Phyllis Arthur, Anna Lee Arthur, Anita Arthur and Charles Salyers.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Neal Funeral Home (2409 Center St, Catlettsburg, KY 41129). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
