She is survived by: her parents, Wesley Hicks and Stephanie Hicks of Ashland; her close friend Mikey Forbes of Ashland, KY; her son Stephen Parker Forbes of Ashland, KY; her siblings, Garrett Hicks (Jimma Daniels) of Ashland, KY and Angel Hannah (Brian) of Ashland, KY; her nieces, Harper Jade Hannah and Evelyn Jean Hannah; her grandmother Kaye Hicks of Ashland, KY; her close friends, Jay Johnson of Louisa, KY and Sarah Dixon of Ashland, KY; her friend Stevie Laney of Ashland, KY; her aunts, Hollie Hulett Argillite and Tammy Biddle of Parkersburg, KY; and her great-aunt Sherry Reed of Ashland, KY.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bailey Family Funeral Home (2110 Argillite Rd, Flatwoods, KY 41139). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at the Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens (422 55th St, Ashland, KY 41101).
