She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Ballard and Rodell Ballard; and her husband Charles Leslie Riggsby (Buddy). She is survived by: her sons, Mark Christopher Riggsby of Ashland and Charles David Riggsby (Jeanie) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Jaclyn Carol Riggsby, Sarah Kathleen Riggsby and Courtney Lynn Riggsby; her great grandchild Nevaeh Nicole Frasher; and her brothers, Mike Ballard (Sandy) of Wichita, KS, Mark Ballard of Russell, KY and Pat Ballard of Dublin, GA.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Steen Funeral Home-13th Street Chapel (3409 13th St, Ashland, KY 41102). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Rose Hill Burial Park (3801 13th St, Ashland, KY 41102).
